If I could i would give them no stars. Used to come here years ago and this place was awesome, now it's just complete garbage. Just went to waste my time and money on a HORRIBLE service. It was definitely not busy and there was at least 5 guys standing around and STILL my car was completely dirty after they handed me mg keys. I will definitely not return.

They do a decent job for the price but they aren't very observant. They missed we had a sunroof and it was disgusting. My nephew left his very expensive watch accidentally still in the console and it was still there so they're good guys. Get your oil changed and your wash is free. There's a great place to suit and wait with comfortable chairs or computers to mess around on. It's also right next door to QT so you can get a meal etc while waiting too.

I brought my new 2017 Challenger to get a wash and it came out with a huge dent in it !! They said they needed to check cameras to make sure it didn’t come in with a dent ... after they reviewed the cameras they took full responsibility for the damage . We took the car to who they recommended and it was a 3 week wait to get fixed I took it to another shop they said was ok to fix . Well we are waiting now 2 days for payment and getting the run around from the Corp office . The car has been on the shop a week with over $1000 in damages on a brand new car and now 2 days sitting for no payment . I didn’t get a rental car I even was charged for the car wash that damaged my car . If payment isn’t payed tomorrow I will get a lawyer.

To start this is a very convenient location for us. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention the speedy service!

I went here and purchased a 10 dollar wash for my vehicle and for an extra 6 dollars bought another 10 dollar wash for my husband to use. My vehicle turned out nice so my husband went today to do his. The online info says this place opens at 7 but it doesn't open until 8, so my husband sat there for 30 minutes waiting. When he went through the wash the guy took his ticket and told him he gets a 7 dollar wash. Which is not what I was told I bought for him. Then after he goes through the car was still filthy. He talked to a worker, and a supervisor about just going through for a quick 3 dollar wash to get it a bit cleaner. They refused. He ended up going to a different car wash and getting it fixed. I'm disappointed because my mom and I both have gone here and had a great result. Now none of us want to go back. Poor customer service .
