I have been to much better car washes! Went through this car wash and my car was still dirty. The dryer does not do a very good job. I would not recommend this place. There are a lot better car washes in the Richmond area that are not as expensive and they do a much better job.

Horrible customer service. You can't make a complaint against the workers bc they refuse to give you a number to owners etc. It sucks. I WILL not give them my $ any more. I'll give it to someone else. I'll keep my other thoughts to myself...i don't even give it a 1, i just had to in order to write my review..

For $5 you can get a car wash that's better than most automatic car washes. Basic $5 wash is pretty good although the payment processing system will try to sell you a bunch of stuff. Very happy.. Car is shining!

Decent car wash. Use of the vacuums is free if you get a car wash. Nice deal.

Vaccum doesn't work right and didn't clean windshield properly either then air didn't dry my car left all water stain
