Reconciled issue quickly and without issue. Had something happen to my side mirror during a wash, I brought it to the managers attention and he ordered and installed a new mirror for me. I appreciate this type of service, as issues are bound to happen it was nice to work with a business that actually took care of it and made it right. Thank you TNT! I will be back.

Not worth the money ... I would have done a better job cleaning my car ... Dirt all outside my car still after the wash... Carpets and seats were not vacuumed at all ... And my carpets were taken out but never placed correctly back in my vehicle ....I definitely do not recommend this spot . . save your money and go elsewhere .or just wash your own car ...

Overpriced and really poor quality of work, whether it may be a car wash or an oil change. My mechanic was closed during the holidays and I needed to get a quick oil change. I saw all those negative reviews, but nonetheless I decided to give them a try. I was told it would be $69.99 for a full synthetic oil change, I thought it was a lot more than what I normally pay but since I needed to get it done I thought to myself that was fine. I dropped off my vehicle, came back 3 hours later hoping the job was done (no one gave me a courtesy call to let me know). I presented to the cashier area, a lady hands me the invoice for a total of $94. I look at the invoice and they have all sorts of charges, $69.99 for oil change, $10 for oil filter, $10 for extra oil (?), plus taxes. I asked her why they did not disclose that the air filter was not included on the $69.99 price I was quoted, she didn't know and call the mechanic so I can talk to him. The mechanic comes out, states that per a new law (I highly doubt that is the case) they have to charge me for an oil filter separately but he will adjust it. I ended up paying $85 and went to pick up my car. The first thing I noticed is that there is no new sticker letting me know when I need to change my oil next. I have to wait for the mechanic to come out and explain why they forgot to include the sticker, I asked him where he got the mileage on my vehicle (it read 67k and my vehicle has over 110k miles) and if he even changed the oil in me vehicle. His excuse was that he forgot and he can put in the sticker now. I asked him why he couldn't do his job properly the first time around, not just with the pricing but now with something so simple as a sticker and putting the correct mileage. His response? If I do not like the service, I don't have to come back. I highly doubt they would forget to include something so simple, and have doubts that they actually changed the oil. I cannot do anything at this point but believe on the word of their forgetful mechanic.

This place was the worst, I was there yesterday and it was my first time. I don't recommend anyone. I took my car for a car wash paid for premium what I got was a half ass job done on it my tire rims where not cleaned, my 3rd row was not touched at all, back seats not vacuumed properly, my mirrors all smeared down. If I wanted a 3 year old to wash my car I would of had that done. I called the manager to speak to him and I was told to take it back and to look over it before leaving to make sure it was clean right... why is it my job to tell them how to do their job. They should know how to do their job and the supervisor should be there to inspect it, not the customer. Oh and I saw how the employees drive the customer car without care. Never again will I take my car there to get cleaned. Sorry but not sorry.

Where should I begin? I went with my son to this car wash the other day. The good reviews on Google here are not real. The bad reviews are. Terrible experience. My son's truck was not clean on the outside, rims filthy, dirt still on the truck. I've never seen such a poor job vacuuming. Several dollars worth of my son's change he had in one of his cup holders was missing. ( he had all quarters and knew exactly how much was there because he counted it before we got out of the vehicle!!) Employees are rude, rushed, like they don't have time for thier customers and the customers are a huge bother. Like they all hate thier jobs. Look at the reviews here in Google that have responses from the owner. Most of the responses from the owner are extremely rude!! What's that old saying? Poop flows downhill. I suggest you close the car wash until you can run a business properly!! Geez!!
