Simply of this company and the management is very dirty. As well as their corporate office, the director of operations does not listen to the employees. The manager Craig doesn't know how to do half the things they're so there assistant manager runs the store. Don't try to make a complaint against this company for they will just shrug it off their shoulders.four employees have been fired for making complaints on their site operator. You think they would start to look into that. They blamed me for Manny delgado's comment when I was at home at 11:30 a.m. I wouldn't show up between the hours of 8 and 3 because they only have one team and a half so you will wait for a while. The Pleasant Hill car wash up the street at Steve Reynolds is cheaper and they're more friendly

Rollers broken to push cars through, but have already had 5 cars that were behind me cleaned and washed and are gone. Been waiting 45 min for my car to be touched by a towel, not even close. Vulgar language in the oil change department, heard the "n" and "f" word used many times, but, I guess we're not suppose to be offended. Different people, different management, this place sucks today. I always praised it as the best around, not today. Still have pre bought tickets, will have to see if i will come back to this place again.

This is a bad company to work for. New management was placed within the store, although he doesn’t know how to do a thing. Equipment is constantly breaking and the “site operator” does not know how to fix it. How can one operate a site with no knowledge on how to do so? The staff has been fired, all good, hard working, dependable employees, were fired and replaced with people that the new manager encourages them to buy fake urine. These employees will be handling cash, but sure, pass a drug test the wrong way. If they were to do a store wide drug test, little to no one would pass including management. Each employee that was fired was terminated bc they disagreed with the site operator. Here, you are not allowed to have an opinion. There is a civil case against the company bc the new manager told another manager that was there before him, that “he didn’t give a f*** about his injuries (which he had papers to excuse) that he would be fired and replaced with no problem.” Is that any way to treat an employee ? Multiple layoffs were given 3 days before Christmas. What a nice Christmas gift. Managers keep tips and split them with the employees that make $5.50 an hour, when it is supposedly against “company policy”. There are multiple videos of the Manager doing so bc his employees thought it is unfair. Please reconsider giving business to this company where pay is terrible and employees are treated like nothing.

I will not be returning! My car is still pretty new and I only have 4,200 miles on it. I’m not sure if it’s the drive-thru wash or the employees who scratched up the top of my trunk. Plus, they half cleaned the interior and the windows are always a piss-poor job. I’m glad I purchased Allstate paint protection when I bought my car. Now I have to call them and hope they will cover this. If not, I’ll take it to the dealership after the holidays to get the trunk touched-up.

Good location and staff seemed very nice. Mr. Clean car washes in my opinion are much better than your typical franchise tunnel washes. They use detergents that really clean down deep and remove stubborn stains. The only issue I had at this location was that i was there a couple days ago and waited 20 minutes right outside the wash tunnel just to drive around to have my car wiped down. Possible staffing or scheduling issues. But they offer good value services and a nice environment.
