Took my Jeep Wrangler through there yesterday. I didn't notice until I got home that the car wash had pushed my right front fog light into the front fender damaging it and it also tried to rip off my right rear tail light. I was able to take a small hammer and get the front fender looking halfway presentable. After that I went over a looked at some unexplained mystery damage I noticed a few weeks ago on my Toyota Tacoma just under the right front headlight and on the lower right side door. I now strongly believe that those came from Melissa's car wash too. I won't be going back, and it's a shame, because I thought it was a good, thorough car wash. However you take your car in there so it can look nice, not to get damaged.

Love to go there quick and easy wash with free vacuums and towels available to help you dry the leftover water spots

Real thorough in detail they actually pressure wash your car before it enters the car wash wow and then free vacuum you can also buy $30 package for the month

Very well run car wash. The guys who prewash your vehicle before it enters the carwash bust their butt. Car comes out very clean and drying towels are provided.

This was my favorite car wash in the area. Last two trips have been disappointing. Time for some maintenance on the equipment.
