They take a long time because usually one person is tasked with drying and detailing a car. This makes quality very inconsistent. They do an OK job of cleaning the outside of the car but not so well inside. All weather rubber mats not cleaned at all. Had to wipe a few areas of exterior myself and could have cleaned inside better myself. Cost is slightly higher than competition.

I've been going to this place for 8 years and never had a problem. But today, I had some words with the owner regarding his unprofessionalism! This nasty human being tried to belittle me by yelling at me because I removed "my keys" from "my vehicle". I removed my keys because I was leaving my vehicle unattended. After your car goes through the washer, your car is parked in an open lot, whereas anybody could get in your car and drive off. So why would I leave my keys in the car if I don't have eyes on it? Where I'm from that's a carjackers dream. Just basic common sense to me. So I checked him for his unprofessionalism, but instead of just apologizing he wanted to argue like a high school girl. I never encountered a business owner who was so arrogant and unprofessional. I'll just take the 1200 a year I was paying to have my vehicles wash elsewhere.

It is supposed to open at 8:00 am. Here it is 8:21 and they are still setting up. Otherwise good job on washing vehicles

They turn cars away before closing. Not great for luxury cars, no leather spray, they don't wipe down the seats with the highest quality Platinum wash, otherwise there are not many alternative options in the area.

I went to let the staff know one of the brushes didn't brush my car as it went through. Instead of looking he just said it's working. In short he alleged I cause problems and could go elsewhere. Excuse you? I have 2 monthly memberships. You have poor consumer service. Put down your cell and act professional. I'm looking for a monthly replacement for my $90/month. 2-2017
