I have used this car wash for years because it is a local business and I received decent service. the last time I was there, one of the mechanical rollers put fine scratches all down the right side of my brand new vehicle. The owner was unreasonable and clearly doesn't except responsibility. Most people wouldn't truly know where the scratches came from, but i know different because my vehicle has 20 miles on it. Overall a poor business and not worth the risk.
