Just got back from vacation up in showlow my car was trashed this car wash was the first one to pop up in my location. Let me tell you guys I will most definitely be coming back. They did an amazing job service was great everyone one was very friendly. Not going to lie my car was pretty bad when I got here I bought the VIP wash because guess Monday-Thursday there all $4 off. I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth and then some. Did such a good job in fact I ended up tipping her $10. Found a new place to start bringing my cars.

We have been there multiple times strictly due to proximity. The time before this trip we brought in our car for an oil change and detail. They called stating my car was done then made me wait an hour as it had not yet been detailed no offer of discount or apology just pointing fingers. On the most recent trip I dropped off my wife's car for detailing. Upon picking it up the cashier asked for my paperwork to which I stated I didn't bring it with me. She then scoffed and said "well you were supposed to come in here and pay prior to leaving and then we would have the paperwork". Seriously???? First off update your archaic system so if you actually have someone that wants to return they don't have to continually give you all of their information. Secondly, not many people I know of pay for services until they are rendered. After I explained to her that I was not instructed to go inside to do anything, she just stared at me. Unfortunately the guest experience displayed by the lack of communication and the attitude of the owner and office staff is taking away from the people that do a good job of the real work. We will not be back!

Get ready for a sales job. Had a prepaid vip wash, guys said $10 for upgrade to ultimate. Then tried to sell me detail, shampoo, interior detail. When I said no thanks, tried to pitch all the same for my wife's car (for a later time). Escaped his grasp and then was approached by the windshield guy for a hard sell to replace windshield. Finally made it to cashier and the $10 upgrade turned out to be $13. Whatever, won't be back.

Paid over $35 for a wash and interior clean. They were done in less than 15 minutes. You can see where they wiped the interior and didn't. Poor vacuum. Dirty around the doors and windows. Windshield of all places still spotty. The staff is not friendly and appears to careless about being there. Positive reviews seem fishy.....

I came to get a car wash and i plated 5$ under my passenger mat and they came and gave me my 5$ shortly after I was done talking to one of there nice employee Simon who did a very good job on my car
