Took my new 2016 Ford mustang to get it wash and ended up with a pretty noticeable scratch. I spoke to the manger and he told me that I must of put something on top to get it scratch. Which didn't make sense. I asked him to give me the number of his boss and he told me that there wasn't anyone. He told me that the car wash was run by a company. He did provided a complain sheet that I did fill out but I dont think anything will be done about it. This might have just been an isolated incident but I know that will never go to sunset auto Spa again. If you decided to go I suggest you inspect your car with them. Then inspect again after everything is completed.

Today I came here as Usual. (I am loyal customer) I paid for the premium car wash, they did poor service leaving fluff everywhere, shadow spots on the Windows, watermarks all away on the body, I told them I'm frequently customer, I always came here every 2 weeks. Today they did the worst job on my car. I asked them for an explanation, if that justifie $26 dollar car wash, all they said was, If I don't like it, I can go and found another place.

Employees are helpful and friendly but sometimes I feel that they can do a little bit better and the prices are not that reasonable. I have gotten the same service ( regular car wash ) that they provide for $ 14.00 at an other place for $9.99

They did an amazing job. Only thing is some window stains couldn't come out not sure why.
