I have used Century towing 3 times so far. One time I locked my keys in the car. The tow truck driver came quickly and had all of the correct tools to get my door open. The other times I needed my car towed.

As I'm driving home on 94 at 830pm, one of their drivers was driving erradically towing a white Honda civic. As the split approached to 290/94, the tow truck pinned me against another vehicle pushing me out of my lane. I then saw this driver do the same to several other cars within a matter of seconds. Whoever this company hires are complete psychos and shouldn't be driving or probably alive after the way they handle a car. Terrible customer service after trying to call as well. Horrible.

Needed a tow today. Car broke down. They were there quickly and were polite and nice. Excellent customer service. The cab was clean and everything was seamless. I would recommend Century Towing to anyone one who wants fast and courteous service.
