The service was first class. Nevine our salesman was friendly and understanding of our situation. The whole team worked to get us in the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Thanks you to the whole team. I will be back for my next car.

Jerry was my serviceman. He was awesome! He made sure I was accommodated with a courtesy car while my car was being repaired. He also kept me updated on the progress of my car. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Jerry and Van Devere Buick.

The salesman Nevin was very nice and friendly. What burns me though is that i gave very specific information about my financial situation and negative equity on my trade in online chat and then again on phone with a salesman...whom gave me reason to believe a new vehicle lease was possible. Since the new lease incentives just started i realise that with the negative equity the monthly pament would be more than the advertised $165 but a $600 a month payment......come on....you should have not let me waste my time making the trip there.

I did not realize it would take 5 hours to lease a car for my mom! I called ahead and gave all the information so we would NOT have to be there that long. If I realize that being self employed might not qualify me for the loan and you will have to use my husbands income how come the salesman didn't and had me fill out paperwork to have to go back and change it? Also, the next day when we had to come back, which I let them know ahead of time what time we would be there, it still took 2 HOURS! I am also in the business of customer service and I would not recommend this dealership.
