My Jeep went through the clay bar process to remove over spray. Upon pick up I told them to go back over the vehicle because of missed areas. About one month later I'm still finding wax residue on my Jeep in easily accessible areas. These guys are great at washing cars but when it comes to "detailing", I'd give them an 85% on paying attention to detail. Something to consider if you have an expensive vehicle that you want to have taken care of. I personally won't go back.

I actually didn't get my car detailed yet, but I want to review the customer service I got when I stopped to talk about the details. I just repossessed a car from my nephew who dirtied up the inside of a brand new car. He used every cubby for an ash tray. The head liner was stained. I need some real detail work and I've seen the great work Pro Car Care puts out. Everyone was awesome! As soon as I pulled up someone greeted me, looked at my car and talked about my biggest concerns with it. He explained what the will do for my goals. I told him the price was a little too much for me at that time. So he kindly bargained with me, talk to his boss too make sure everyone was ok with that. I'll be taking it back next week! He was awesome and kind and seemed to care about my goals also.

After moving, travel with three small children, and life in general, it's been a while since our family vehicle was cleaned properly. If I'm being honest, I can only describe the condition as repulsive. We took our Toyota Sienna to Pro Car Care today. My husband picked it up this afternoon, and we were shocked! The interior looks better than when we bought it! The seats are spotless and soft. The carpet looks great. The cup holders on the floor between the second row seats are now pristine, which is a huge deal since my older two climb over that space to get to their seats. Our Weather Tech mats look new again. The exterior looks great as well. Marcus (owner) was incredibly friendly each time I spoke with him. We chatted several times about what the van would need, and he never pressured us into any services. He even called this afternoon after my husband got home to see what I thought. Great service, great work. Would definitely recommend!

Great work car looks and feels new again

I have been a "car guy" all my life and a Corvette guy. Recently I purchased a 2014 C7 Corvette with 3,900 miles on it. Velocity Yellow paint with a few swirls in the finish - which was hard to believe. I didn't want ANYONE to touch my car until a local dealer told me about Marcus and Pro Car Care. I have NEVER seen the excellence in work I experienced here. Having had many cars detailed in my 62 years - this was a learning experience. My car was washed, cleaned, washed again, clay barred, cleaned again and then finished with a nano finish that causes water to roll off. Amazing. I drive 35 miles to have Pro Car Care take care of my car. YOU SHOULD TOO! I don't impress that easily. Clearly a 5 star business and owner.
