Fantastic staff! This car wash is well worth the monthly rate. The automated equipment/wash is superb! Your car will come out of this wash sparkling cleans and DRY! Thomas and staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your car is prewashed before even entering the automated cycle. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to get your car washed. My husband manages the place... I help as much as possible. We take amazing care of our customers and help them with any problem they have. Our washes are very cheap we have a $7 wash, a $12 wash, or a $16 wash....for our memberships they are $22, $35, and $45. Y’all should come check us out and hopefully even get a membership.

Fantastic Car Wash!!!! Bought the “lowest” option for $7. They sprayed it down to help get the bugs off and wiped it down after. Fantastic job getting the car clean. Vacuums has lots of power and more than enough time. Wish we had this in NWA.

Carwash Ripped off my Passenger side Mirror! First of all, I do not have mirrors that fold in so that was not an option. I drive a 2012 Nissan Altima and it was fairly new to me at the time. If I could give this a negative rating I would. I went inside immediately after going through the wash and having my mirror ripped off and made a complaint and left my information. The attendant went into the bay and brought out the cover to my mirror and gave it back to me an apologized and assured me the owner would handle the matter. I spoke with the owner (who doesn't even live in the area) and made arrangements to send him a quote to get the mirror fixed. After I did that and sent the quote to him he didn't want to pay and wanted to fix it himself. I then proceeded to go through my insurance to handle the claim as I wanted a professional to handle my repairs. I finally received a letter from his insurance that he was not liable for damage and they refused to pay for the damage. I was out a lot of money ( money to wash my car, although it was a terrible job on that front, and money to fix my mirrior!)

Early on Saturday morning.... I paid to vacuum my car today and the unit I chose did not have good suction and performed like a cheap dust buster. Apparently the dirt collection buckets are not emptied regularly here. This is a very basic thing for a car wash to take care of. There was only one attendant who was busy running cars through the main wash. I did not have time it wait around and was not about to spend another cent there. This is a very convenient location for me but after today's experience I will drive the extra mile to Splash on Hogan Lane from now on.
