I have been a repeat customer for years....NOT ANY LONGER. I noticed the management and name of business has changed, software when ordering had changed but wasn't ready for the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. I pulled up to the car wash as normal, looked to see where the attendance were to help me pull in, noticed that there was a newly painted wide line leading up to the wheel guide, again still waiting to see someone would be there- waited and noticed there was not an attendant so I proceeded to enter and thought to myself, well I guess this is another change. Then 1/2 way through the car wash, I noticed someone walking the opposite direction and then a minute later the car wash stopped. A man proceeded to approach my vehicle. I rolled down my window. He began to barked out "THERE IS A SIGN YOU ARE NOT TO ENTER THE CARWASH WITHOUT SOMEONE DIRECTING YOU, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES". I could have immediately barked back BUT, I calmly said, "I am sorry I didn't see the sign and waited for a bit. Please know your delivery of your message is not acceptable, the tone, how you yelled....he walked off before I can say much. I was shocked he spoke to me the way he did. No one should be treated that way. Avoid this business.

Great service. Well, you don't need to speak to someone. Just get there and wash your car. Excellent price for membership

Up in Arkansas from Fl as Hurricane Irma evacuees.. We had so many lovebuga on our car that they gave us over the top service to ensure we had a nice sparkling clean car!

Went today. Bought most expensive car wash. Did not even get the back of my car clean. Told them and they ran my car back through. Still did not get the back of my car clean. Some vaccumes did not pick up dirt. Had to change stalls 3 times. Restroom was AWFUL. Staff was polite.
