I don't know why I keep coming here. I'm not usually a review writer, but damn! I got the $30 wash today. I have a suburban and took the 3rd row seats out and the baby's car seat so it would be easier to clean. Well after getting my truck I pull over to the circle K to strap in the car seat and I look over and there is still finger prints on my windows. So I start investing... My vehicle is NOT vacuumed properly. ( Big noticable crumbs) and water marks on my passenger mirror. Water and bug marks on the windshield. I used baby wipes to WIPE DOWN (NOT SCRUB) but wipe down my leather seats and doors. Why do i continue to spend money to have my vehicle washed here (even under new owners) when I have to bring it home and wash it or wipe it down and re vacuum it anyways?!! #FRUSTRATED #LOSTMYBIZ 😣

So the original super star car wash used to be here and o loved it i just went today and seems like they changed owners. So first off staffs eating and ignoring that me ans anothet car got there then we go inside and no ones at the register. Now the most important o pay 22 dollars for a car wash they take all the change in my car then when i get to my car its not clean on the outside and it smells like dirty rag. Not worth the time and money ill do it myself next time.

Awful experience!! I paid for the best wash which they said would get the grill bugs off..well nope. Then as they were talking instead of drying my car lead to spots on my car. The 3.00 express wash isn't bad but nothing else is worth it here!

Right when you enter they try to hustle you selling you their top wash when they can't even wash the basic one to an acceptable level. I asked for the basic one which is 14.99 and asked the manager to vacuum it good and do a wet rag on the center console because last time they missed it, his response was " they are not going to do it very good because you got the basic wash, they might got through it with a dry rag but super fast". Location is the only advantage this place has but the wash and customer service not even a 1 star don't pay for more than the basic.

Just avoid this place. Terrible service. Had my truck detailed- dropped it off at 8 am I called them 5 hours later said my truck wouldn't be ready until closing time 6 pm.So you would think the truck would be spotless -did a really bad job. Dirt residue everywhere, greased up the dirt under my hood instead of removing it. I wasn't looking for a deal I was looking for someone to actually clean my vehicle.
