I called them on the phone and asked for a quote for a detailing job, shampooing the upholstery and carpet. Thomas gave me a quote over the phone and it was a good deal. He and the staff were courteous. When I asked the lady at the front counter how long it would take, she gave me an estimate that turned out to be about half the amount of time that it actually took. When it was finished, I was impressed by how good of a job they had done. The carpets in the car were almost completely black in some areas but they got the stains out. Thomas noticed that the inside of my door jams needed to be cleaned and so he asked those working in the car wash tunnel to make sure they cleaned those as well.

I spend $70 for the interior detailing on my super tiny miata and the only thing they cleaned was the top of the steering wheel and the dash. There still was obvious caked on dirt/sweat on the bottom of the stearing wheel and interior door handles. It was literally like they took 2 minutes to "finish" it. Don't go here for detailing.

Not happy at all with the detail work I had done. Would of done a better job my self at home. I paid $300 for a wax and detailing. Went to pick it up the first time truck was still filthy and not done on the outside guy said he would re do it and come back latter. When I came back the second time it was late and overcast. Took the truck home and over looked the interior found dirt still in my air-conditioning vents also found dirt and debris between my seats on the floor of the truck. Opens the hood and found they did not clean under the hood. The next morning I pulled the truck out of the garage and found that my entire truck had spiderweb scratches buffer marks all over the paint look horrible. Took the truck back and told him I was not satisfied with it they told me I signed a waiver that everything was fine and it was not longer their problem it was my problem spoke to the owner he told me they do not clean the vents out or underneath the hood I asked him I paid for a detail not just a wash and wax and a shampoo told him I would pay for the wash and shampoo but everything else I wanted my money back he told me no so for the third time they re did the buff job my truck looks horrible look as if a 5 year old took a buffer to my truck. I don't even have experienced buffer guy on hand after talking to the guy that was doing my buff job is a laid off welder and told me he does not know how to buff a vehicle. So if I were you thinking about getting a wash and detail to avoid these people when you pay for a detail job you expect everything to be detailed and cleaned properly not just wipe down.

I have an old small ranger pickup. I paid 35.00 and they did a poor job detailing the inside. I had to ask them to wash my floor mats. And they didn't even wash the interior windshield. I asked them for 35.00 can you run the truck through to wash the outside. They said yes but did not do it. It's an old small truck that's beat up. I don't expect miracles and looking brand new but they did the bare minimum. Shame on them. I'll never go back.

I have taken my car here to be detailed 3 times and have never been satisfied with the results. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt which is why I gave them multiple try's but the people who run this place are rude and the quality of work is horrible. All three times my car was presented to me with bug guts still stuck to the front of it and the interior still covered with dust and dirt.
