FRAUD. Beware of the car wash salesmen, one just signed me up WITHOUT notification or permission for an auto renewing monthly plan and then got irritated and told me that normal people just *assume* that they are signing up for auto recurring monthly fees when they sign up for 30 days of washes. The guy was visibly annoyed that I actually read something that he shoved in my face to sign. He had the credit card receipt conveniently stapled over this recurring billing agreement copy for me to sign. Then told me to cancel in 30 days "easily with the cashier." Surprise!... cashier can't do cancellations OR refunds...have to call corporate. Don't trust this shady place. Just called my credit card company and reported fraud. I was going here about 3-4 times a month for 'self'/quickie car washes + more times for gas- will NEVER go back.

This place is horrible, If you want anything other than just a normal wash GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I had a full exterior detail 2 years ago, and it was horrible! Ruined my clear coat completely. I returned to get it corrected 5 times and they just made everything worse. I had no idea what i was doing, i thought they knew, since they where the ones trying to correct this ungodly mistake. Until speaking to a professional who said my clear coat was compromised. I contacted Cobblestone 30 times and never had anything done i even went in separate from the 5 times and still told me to call corporate. I didn't even receive a refund. WARNING: DO NOT PAY BEFORE INSPECTING THEIR WORK YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

The staff are very friendly and kind. They always do a great job in the car wash as well as the lube shop. Their very good at explaining what the different deals and packages are. Decent prices for oil changes and car washes. I was surprised to know that they do other services such as recharging my AC, rotating my tires, checking all my fluids when I get an oil change as well as making sure there is the right amount of air in my tires and transmission services. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family because they do so many things at such a great price! This is the only place I take my car for any of those services.

Absolutely worth every penny!! Wonderful service from the manager down. I would recommend to anyone , for sure going back. It's hard to find places that truly valve customer service.

This location is always clean, they have great customer service, and you can tell they care about their customers. My son loves that you can watch the cars go through the wash. The wash is always clean, and I've seen high end cars go through this wash several times. My car is always perfect when done, and have never had to go back and show them something they missed.
