I recently visited this car wash and was very disappointed with my overall experience and my interaction with the owner. My bay was out of soap and after politely informing the owner he began to become very hostile and aggravated. He took me into the pump room to prove to me that there was indeed soap. The soap he is using is simply concentrate that he has diluted with water so that he can save as much money as possible. He begins to then lecture me on how people have these unreasonable expectations on how much soap should come out of the hose. He then began accusing me of causing problems in the past (this was my first time ever visiting this car wash so he has me mixed up). I will never use this car wash again. The owner clearly doesn't care about those who use his service by being confrontational and hostile.

They pre rinse your car which was great because I definitely had salt on my car from all the snow. They even do a wipe down afterwards. It is not brushless. I was happy. I got the $10 wash so I definitely tipped.

this place is terrible. vacuums dont work properly and i put $10 worth of quarters in the machine but didnt get my washed. i aint coming back. i wouldn't recommend this place for anyone
