I used to go to Rainmaker exclusively as the wash was always good. However I went there about 2 months ago and the car looked as dirty after the wash as when I went in. I decided it may have been a fluke and waited 2 months to go again. Went back today; used a different bay - same thing happened. My car looks awful! So disappointed! I am done with Rainmaker. Period. Waste of my money.

It's the only place I will take my truck to get washed

I've been pretty lenient with these guys. I've just been hoping that their equipment would start performing better which I suppose is foolish of me but their equipment flat out sucks. The bottom half of your vehicle will not get washed. You will leave with soap scum all over your car. Your windows will be easy and will look like you didn't wash it all. He replaces the dirt and dust with soap scum and then put a coat of wax on top of the dirt so the dirt is locked in until scrub it and put some serious TLC into it . I'm going to monster wash from now on. For the same cost you will get a much much better wash
