Decent car wash. No frills. Getting in and out of it is tough as the space is tight.

I know that we Washingtonians are too busy to wash own cars, but if you are the one who cares about the car, go to self carwash (another flahship in Bethesda) with microfiber cloths. If you really don't have time for that, try to find a "brushless" carwash. There is one in McLean or National Harrbor or Dulles Airport area. Brush carwash will give you spiderweb like scratches which will devalue your car overall.

Wish I had seen the reviews about the worthlessness of the Ultimate upgrade. Debris on seats and the mild dog hair I went in with was totally unaffected by whatever effort they may have expended. Equinox came out clean on the exterior but very disappointing on the interior. I will try the wash place on Wisconsin next time.

The staff is friendly but the quality of the wash is subpar. The whole process just seems so rushed, at the expense of the thoroughness of the wash. I ended up having to finish the job myself before leaving. I essentially paid to help out and work there briefly.
